Strip a charming town surrounded by water 5 km from Middelfart. A perfect place for nature lovers. Middelfart is one of the island's most beautiful towns with a cozy old town and a beautiful renovated promenade with cafes, restaurants and a small marina. Here is a pedestrian street with many exciting shops. The nature around Middelfart is incredibly beautiful. Here you can walk from the waterfront to a large forest area, which is adjacent to the Little Belt. The area is very hilly with beautiful beech forests, slopes and beautiful beaches.

- Life jackets: There are life jackets in the boat
- Cleaning: The boat must be handed in clean - otherwise a fee of DKK 250 will be charged.

- Consumption in the house is not included in the price
- Consumption of petrol for the boat is not included in the price
- The boat that comes with the house is the Askeladen 500, but larger boats can be ordered at an additional cost.
- The house and boat must be returned in a cleaned condition, otherwise a cleaning fee will be charged.
