Terms of sale and delivery
§1. IN GENERAL
Any delivery between the parties takes place on the basis of these general terms of sale and delivery.
§ 2. PAYMENT
You can pay with Dankort, Visa / Dankort, Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, VisaElectron and Mobilepay
Payment must be made by online payment.
Your payment will be deducted from your payment card or Mobilepay when the ticket is sent.
§ 3. DELIVERY AND DELAY
Delivery takes place either via direct download and electronic mail in the form of a PDF file (PrintSelv) immediately after payment.
§ 4. PROCESSING OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
As a customer, you accept that Vestfyns Marinecenter ApS may store the personal information you provide in connection with ticket purchases.
§ 5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Please check the order before payment to secure yourself against incorrect orders.
The ticket is not replaced in case of loss, but can be resubmitted electronically.
The ticket can KUN reimbursed by Vestfyns Marinecenter ApS and KUN in case of cancellation.
Booking and delivery / payment fees are non-refundable.
All prices are incl. VAT
§ 6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Note: In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Act § 18 para. 12 ”, the purchase of tickets is not covered by the right of withdrawal.
§ 7. CHANGES TO AGREEMENT
Vestfyns Marinecenter ApS has the right, at any time, to make changes to applicable business conditions or prices with 30 days notice.
§ 8. CHOICE OF LAW AND JURISDICTION
The agreement is subject to Danish law. Any dispute between the parties shall be settled by the Court in Odense
